Micro is not adding another ability to the unit and making players press the button every 5-10 seconds to micro. Micro is an constant action of unit movement, mouse clicking, precision, and timing. It is giving us a unit that performs its basic role with minimal effort, but can do amazing things in good hands.
Command - Shortcut - Definition
Attack - A - Attacks any unit in range and follows
Hold Position- H - Holds the Position and only attacks when opponent is in reach. Does not follow units
Move - M - moves from A to B and does nothing else
Patrol - P (Q) - Patrols between two or more spots. Attacks and follows incoming units
Stop - S - Stops any action
Gather - G - Gather Minerals (Workers only)
Set rally point (Buildings) - Right Click / R - Sets up rally point
